Free trial

Lía comes with a 14-day free trial, no card required, so you can try it before you pay.

Monthly plan

If you purchased the plan and aren't satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of the charge. Renewal payments are not refundable, except for billing errors or where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your profile so it doesn't renew.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

We always refund them, regardless of the date.

How to request it

Write to contact@dagenti.com from the email you used to pay, or request it from Paddle through the receipt you received by email or at paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and the merchant of record, to the original payment method. They can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.

When the plan is refunded, it ends at that moment and you return to an ended trial. Your data is kept as described in the privacy policy.
